Privacy notice
Who we are
This page is run by valen-estate, an independent property agent. It is not the developer's website.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email, the unit type you're interested in, your buying purpose, any message you add, whether you want the price list or a viewing, and how you reached this page (for example, the ad you clicked). WhatsApp buttons only open WhatsApp with a message you can change before sending; this page does not store it.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, send you the price list and floor plans you asked for, and arrange a viewing if you want one.
Who sees it
Only the agent handling your request. Requests are stored privately with our website host (Hostinger). Your IP address is not stored with your request. We share your details with the developer only if you ask us to, for example to arrange a viewing.
How long we keep it
Up to 180 days, unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by WhatsApp. Message us on WhatsApp.
In your browser
For this visit only, the page remembers how you reached it and the unit type you chose, so the form can include them. After you send the form, it keeps a short note that your request was received, so it is not counted twice. The page does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
