Privacy notice
Who we are
This page is run by an independent property agent. It is not the developer's website.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, the suite type you're interested in, whether you want a sales gallery visit or the latest price and availability, your preferred visit day, and how you reached this page (for example, the ad you clicked). WhatsApp buttons only open WhatsApp with a message you can change before sending; this page does not store it.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, send you the latest price and availability you asked for, and arrange a sales gallery visit.
Who sees it
Only the agent handling your request. Requests are stored privately with our website host (Hostinger) and copied to the agent's private Google Sheet. Your IP address is not stored with your request. We share your details with the developer only if you ask us to, for example to arrange a sales gallery visit.
How long we keep it
Up to 180 days, unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by WhatsApp. Message us on WhatsApp.
In your browser and advertising measurement
We use Google Ads to measure which ads lead to enquiries; it may set cookies in your browser. Your name and mobile number are not sent to Google. For this visit, the page also remembers how you reached it, so the form can include it, and after you send the form it keeps a short note that your request was received, so it is not counted twice. The 360° view comes from the developer's tour provider (360vr.my) and loads only if you start it.
