Privacy notice
Who we are
This page is run by an independent property agent. It is not the developer's website.
What we collect
If you send the enquiry form: your name, WhatsApp number, the request you chose, the suite type, and, only if you choose to give them, your budget range and main objective. We also record how you reached this page (for example the ad you clicked, its campaign tags and click ID) and the page address. WhatsApp buttons only open WhatsApp with a message you can change before sending.
Why
To reply to your enquiry, send you the pricing, plans or details you asked for, and arrange a consultation if you want one.
Who sees it
Only the agent handling your request. Requests are stored privately with our website host (Hostinger) and copied to the agent's private Google Sheet. Your IP address is not stored with your request. We share your details with the developer only if you ask us to, for example to book a gallery visit.
How long we keep it
Up to 180 days, unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time by WhatsApp. Message us on WhatsApp.
In your browser and advertising measurement
We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure which ads lead to enquiries; they may set cookies in your browser. Your name and number are not sent to Google.
