Is the property freehold or leasehold?
Keeperz Suites is freehold.
Can owners rent out their units?
Yes. Owners may let their suites on long-term tenancies. Short-term letting is subject to the relevant local-authority rules and the building’s own rules.
Is a rental management service available?
Yes, optionally. Mana Mana Hospitality, a subsidiary of EXSIM Hospitality Berhad, offers setup, housekeeping, marketing, guest management, rental collection and owner reporting. Terms are in a separate management agreement; ask us for the current version.
Are furnishing packages included?
Packages and inclusions depend on the current promotion and the unit. We will tell you exactly what is included in the price you are quoted.
Can foreigners buy?
Only selected units qualify, subject to Penang’s foreign-purchase threshold and State consent, with extra levies and fees. Ask us for the current eligible units and costs.
What do I need to buy, and can I get financing?
A booking fee, identification, and either a loan approval or proof of funds. Financing depends on your income, commitments and the bank; we can introduce you to panel bankers for an assessment. No financing approval is implied by this page.
